Stronvar Residential Care Home is a small, family run home that houses up to a maximum of 16 residents in what can only be described as luxury surroundings..

It is our philosophy that, in caring for the older generation, the individuality and dignity of every resident should be the prime consideration at all times.

All the staff are enthusiastic and trained by professional bodies. They dedicate themselves to the well-being and happiness of our residents and are in attendance both day and night.

Mrs Vera Edwards, SRN, NDN originally set up the home to her impeccable standards after her many years of practical nursing experience, particularly in relation to nursing the elderly. The day to day care programme is now the responsibility of the Manager - Mrs Jackie Dixon.
