We place a high priority on the standard of food served to our residents. All food is cooked on the premises to ensure that it has that 'homemade' flavour.
Personal choice is made from a selection of dishes, with special attention given to the provision of regular fresh vegetables, many of which are grown in our own kitchen garden.

Special diets are catered for and meals may be taken either in the dining room or the resident's own rooms if they wish. During the summer months meals may also be taken out on the patio area.
'The cook offers a wide variety of nutritional and balanced food, to suit each
resident individually. The kitchen staff know their likes and dislikes;
presentation of meals is also chosen by the residents on an individual basis'(CSCI Inspection report 2006)
